Where it all began.

Our business emerged from an obvious need in the market for proactive and outcome driven holiday specialists.

We leveraged significant service, marketing and IT experience to build this business from the ground up with Owner and Guest needs and wants in mind. We leveraged the best technology and employed the best people… and the results are evident.

Where we are now.

We manage over 60 quality holiday homes in Yamba and Angourie.

We’ve been operating for two glorious years and each one of our property owners has come to us through word of mouth. We genuinely believe this growth is a result of our exceptional people and the fact that we continue to reinvest and constantly refine and improve the way we operate.

  • Kristy McGrath

    Managing Director

    Kristy is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and experienced property investor. Kristy has managed a number of successful service companies across the globe and has lead marketing teams in organisations such as General Electric and RBS. She is highly driven, hard working and passionate about property and customer service.

    Kristy has managed her own properties including Burleigh Yamba for many years and identified the opportunity to follow her passion by filling an obvious gap in the market for a proactive, hands-on, relationship focussed property agency.

  • Chantal Horne

    Licensee in Charge

    Chantal is a Clarence Valley Local and a licensed real estate agent who has been involved in real estate for over 15 years.

    Having worked in real estate across Tamworth, Sydney and now Yamba, prior to returning to the valley five years ago, Chantal has covered many facets of property including Residential, Commercial, Rural and Property Development.

    Chantal is passionate about assisting Pilot Hill Property clients with their unique properties and showing visitors the best of Yamba and the Clarence Valley with great quality product & service.

  • Tess Pitcher

    Operations Manager

    Tess has years of experience in opertions. She helps us keep on top of the various moving elements involved with managing our beautiful properties and makes sure we don’t miss a beat. Tess also helps out when we’re super busy and need more Hosties on the ground in our properties.

  • Elise Nye

    Head Hostie

    Elise is an actual qualified Hostie. She served as an international Flight Attendant and Crew Supervisor for many years; Elise has also has a Diploma of Tourism; has worked in Strata and office admin; is a styling guru and is passionate about property and customer service.

    Jazz has years of professional experience working in real estate and strata companies. She’s passionate about property and people.

    Rachael started as a valued and trusted part of our cleaning team and has swiftly become an invaluable part of our Hostie Team with her keen eye for detail, level-headed problem solving and ‘can-do’ personality!

    Mel leads our passionate team of exceptional cleaners who go above and beyond for each and every stay.

    Steve is a valued part of our permanent cleaning crew. Steve also supports us when we require more ‘technical’ cleaning services such as pressure washing.
