Oceanstays launched three years ago to fill a gap in the market for holiday management that genuinely understands what owners need and value. We’re proactive, hands-on and results-driven and in setting a higher standard for property care, we’ve lifted the bar for guest experience in Yamba too.

Behind the scenes, our sister company Coldstream House keeps standards high and costs low, delivering professional cleaning and laundry at well below market rates for Oceanstays homes.

Kristy has managed a number of successful service companies across the globe and has lead marketing and business consulting teams in organisations such as General Electric and RBS. She is highly driven, hard working and passionate about property and customer service.
