Please find below a draft email you may wish to send to your guests regarding the latest Covid-19 restrictions that are in place from now until the 1st of December.

The NSW government has issued a new Public Health Order that may impact your booking.

From now until the 1st of December 2021, there are Covid-19 related capacity limits and household requirements in short term rentals and holiday homes.

During this time, all staying guests must be from the same household. If they're not from the same household, no more than 10 adults may stay and none may be unvaccinated adults.

It is your responsibility to comply with this legislation. As owners, we also have a responsibility so we hope you understand that we will need to check ID and Vaccination status on your arrival.

Should this Order make it necessary for you to cancel, you are welcome to do so. If this is the case, please cancel your booking ASAP and we will issue a full refund.
